The cottage has oil-fired central heating and double-glazing, and is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. All bedrooms, conservatory, bathroom and kitchen are on the ground floor, with the lounge upstairs.
The safe and spacious first floor balcony is accessed from the lounge by large patio doors, and allows peaceful enjoyment of the panoramic views and stunning sunsets across the Dornoch Firth.
Otters have been seen fishing from the shore, from the comfort of the first floor lounge, which features a balcony to enhance the stunning uninterrupted views. The cottage has been renovated and extended to take advantage of the beautiful, peaceful location.
We regret that for the comfort of other guests, we do not permit smoking or pets in the cottage.

- Can configure either as double or two single beds by prior request.

- At rear of cottage with superb views across the Dornoch Firth. Two full size single beds.

- A truly stunning and airy room occupying the first floor. Extensive views over the rock pools and ocean through the large patio doors and adjoining balcony. Tastefully furnished and featuring built-in stereo system, T.V., DVD & Video. N.B. Narrow staircase may be unsuitable for disabled.
- Conservatory
- A beautiful light and airy room overlooking farmland, ideal for quiet relaxation, reading, board games, or more formal dining.
- Kitchen
- Large modern kitchen with informal dining area, integral fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
- Bathroom
- Large bathroom with bath & separate shower cubicle.
All linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels, if required. A stock of books, board games and children’s videos are also provided, along with local information, services and trips.
The garden contains lawn and shrubs and features a sheltered paved area, with Gas Barbeque. Patio furniture is provided. The rear garden area is right on the beach.
